Italy vs. Spain: Time, TV Channel & Starting Lineup for Euro Round of 16

Italy and Spain meet for the sixth time at a European championship on Monday, making it the most-played fixture in the tournament. They’ve all been close affairs, save for Spain’s 4-0 victory over the Azzurri in the 2012 final.

Italy were tired for the final four years ago, but Antonio Conte’s men should be well-rested for this matchup. Italy have used 22 players at Euro 2016, more than any other team in the tournament. Conte went to his bench for the group finale against Ireland, a match that Italy lost 1-0. It didn’t mean much for the standings, but Italy have never lost consecutive matches at the European championship finals. Spain went down in similar fashion, although the 2-1 loss to Croatia cost them the top spot in Group D.

The winner will move on to the quarterfinals, where they will face Germany in Bordeaux.
