A truck caught fire in the parking lot at Kentucky Speedway during the Quaker State 400 on Saturday night.

All three NASCAR circuits were in Sparta this weekend and the fire broke out during the Sprint Cup race.

A white pickup truck was engulfed in flames and thick clouds of black smoke billowed from the cab. You can see a BBQ grill in the bed of the truck close to the cab.

The smoke was visible to those inside the track.

But the fire department was quick to get to the scene and extinguished the blaze.

Check out the video and still shots below:

There has been no report of injuries or whether the grill was the cause of the fire.
